Tried out a new (to me) brewery yesterday with a couple friends. When I got there I kept thinking I had been to the place before and then Andrew mentioned it used to be a tire shop that I had probably brought him to years ago. Looking up on ChatGPT it mentioned the area became prime real estate a couple years ago and the tire shop owner made a couple million to sell. The place reminds me of another brewery that shut down with all the outside space.
